Help and support 24/7 through one of our highly trained Nurse Case Managers
RNs provide services that may include highly skilled disease management, education, medication management and care plan oversight. They are responsible for supervision of services that include Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses. Registered Nurses must receive a minimum of 2 or more years of college and be licensed in the state of Minnesota.
LPNs must receive at least 1 year of nursing education and be licensed in the state of Minnesota. They must work under the delegation of a registered nurse.
HHAs are specifically trained through state approved educational programs or competency tested by Superior Home Care Nursing to provide assistance with personal cares and activities of daily living. Home Health Aides must work under the direction of a qualified professional, Registered Nurse.
HHAs can assist with bathing, medication monitoring, health assessments, general house cleaning and running errands. Home Health Aides are a good choice if you or your family member require assistance with remembering to take medications or assistance with daily tasks

Yes! Once we confirm that our services fit your needs, we can seamlessly transfer your care over to Superior Home Care Nursing. Caregivers who want to transfer over from another agency can apply through our website or contact us directly for assistance. They would then be assigned to your case once they complete the hiring process.
Yes! We have experience working with “dual-agencies” and can help determine if this is right for your care during the intake process.
